Telemark – Six Crystal Sensors

Telemark offers users a multiple quartz crystal (QCM) sensor head for long duration runs where single or dual crystal sensor heads are not sufficient. Electrically driven, the Telemark six crystal sensor head offers accurate, fast indexing to fresh crystals and combined with the Telemark deposition controller will offer immediate indexing to a new crystal in the event of a crystal failure. A rack mounted controller option is available for system upgrades and non-OEM users.
This sensor is supplied with mounting hardware and feedthroughs.
Telemark can supply the finest quartz crystals and are available in Gold or Alloy with frequencies of 6 MHz and 5 MHz.
